His passion for real estate is multi-faceted. Working with architects, contractors and landscapers to bring a vision to life is a beautiful process. Having bought his first home at the age of 20, Travis is personally vested in the industry as well. He seeks out and purchases land opportunities constantly, builds a handful of new homes yearly with the intent to resell and continues to expand his rental property portfolio as he and his wife own many properties through out the state of MN. Whether it be quick-turn remodels or 1031 exchanges, his experiences have truly shown him the positive community impact and economic growth the real estate industry provides.

Not only is Travis able to hunt down awesome real estate opportunities for he and his clients but he’s also got quite the eye for north American big game, migratory waterfowl and a lucky line when it comes to fishing with his dad. During his free moments at home, he soaks up the time he gets to spend with his family.
