Robert Foley graduated from Iowa State University with a B.S. in History in 2004. After becoming a licensed real estate agent in the state of Iowa, he began representing buyers and sellers with Iowa Realty. He later transitioned into the real estate finance and lending industry. Robert graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 2009 with a Juris Doctor and returned to the real estate finance and lending industry with TCF Bank. Driven by a desire to connect with buyers and sellers again, Robert became a licensed real estate agent in Minnesota in 2018 with Coldwell Banker Burnet and the Senenfelder Real Estate Group. Having lived in both the metro and northern Minnesota, Robert has developed a strong network and working knowledge throughout the state of Minnesota. In his spare time, Robert enjoys spending time with his wife and their two dogs, Penelope the Great Dane and Luna the Siberian Husky. Ryan Block was born and raised in western Wisconsin and after receiving a degree from Loras College, returned home. Six months later, Ryan purchased his first house – a duplex in the college town of River Falls, WI. Little did he know at the time, this would be his first introduction to real estate at the age of 21. A short time later, Ryan received a job offer to work in Target Distribution and relocate to upstate New York. After a rewarding 3 years in NY, he transitioned back to the Twin Cities and by now, had acquired his 3rd property at the age of 27. Unsure of his long-term goals, Ryan dove headfirst into a successful 10-year career at Metro Sales where he assisted businesses acquire office technology to enhance their inter-office workflow. Ryan’s desire to continue to fulfill people’s wants and needs brought him to real estate where his skill set is maximized. After 18 years in the work force where he managed hourly employees and sold business products directly to consumers, Ryan has found his home – real estate.
When Ryan isn’t working, his free time is spent chasing upland game and waterfowl with his two labs, Crash and Hank. Their adventures have brought him to every part of Minnesota, locations throughout Iowa, and the Dakotas. Jontae Koonkaew moved into the south metro area in 2018. But has lived across MN ranging from Maple Grove to Apple Valley. Jontae Koonkaew graduated from UW-River Falls with a bachelors in Exercise and Sports Science from 2011. Jontae has an infectious personality with a great sense of humor for making the stress of buying and selling a home a little easier. Jontae has also been apart of the Keller Williams family since he first was licensed in 2019 with only one change when he joined a team in 2020 before going back to being a independent sales agent.
Jontae moved to Brooklyn Park, MN when his family split in 2001. Soon after, he moved with his mother in Apple Valley, MN where his family still resides. From a single parent-household, he is a first-generation university student. Jontae is also the only person in his family to receive a 4 year college degree. Jontae was a collegiate athlete as well. A 3x captain and a 4x All-Conference player, Jontae brought his university to it’s first ever NCAA tournament.
Jontae believes his experiences as the first person to ever have gone to college, has a lot of relation to realty. Jontae stated that, “Just like entering into college, there was a lot of uncertainty. I believe that without the right people in my corner, I wouldn’t have been as successful as I am today.” Jontae has dedicated his real estate practices to make sure those who feel as if they don’t know what they’re doing or like it may be impossible to buy a home, a reality.
Outside of being a full-time realtor, Jontae spends a lot of time training athletes in basketball. Along with his son, they both enjoy sports, such as golf, basketball and swimming. Not to mention, a good movie too! Jontae takes care of his mother who is paraplegic from a motorcycle accident in 2008. With all this, Jontae still dedicates his time through patience and perseverance, to every client that he connects with.
I grew up in Des Moines Iowa where I attended Drake University for an undergrad in Law, Politics and Society. While in college I started teaching financial literacy at a women’s shelter and this helped build my passion for giving back to my community in any way. I have worked for Wells Fargo as a Risk Consultant for 13 years and I currently work out of the downtown Minneapolis office. I moved to Minneapolis about a year ago for Wells Fargo and have spent that time exploring the city and its many parks. When I am not at work I enjoy being outside whether it is on my bike, golfing, playing tennis or going on hikes with my dog. I was introduced to Travis through my cousin due to my curiosity of the real estate business and so far I have enjoyed talking to potential clients about their homes and how we can help achieve their goals.
